Attendees

300 user experience designers, usability professionals, interaction design experts and many more. These days, everybody in the web design business is going mobile. “Mobile First” is the new mantra. Leading thinkers and practitioners from Europe and beyond will meet in Berlin to discuss trends and learn from outstanding experts.

History and Popularity

This is the first event of a brand new annual conference. We've kept our ears to the ground and have put the community's wishes into action.

We are, however, an experienced conference team. We have been organizing the German Summit for Information Architecture and User Experience (IA Konferenz, http://www.iakonferenz.org) for five years (sold out for the last 4 years in a row), we organized the first Information Architecture BarCamp in Europe (InfoCamp 2008) and have been running very popular after-work networking events in Frankfurt and Berlin for several years.

Venue

Berlin in November. “Berlin is like New York City in the 1980s. Rents are cheap, graffiti is everywhere and the air crackles with a creativity that comes only from a city in transition.” writes the New York Times.

The venue itself has lived through many changes over the years. Originally an old theater, it has recently taken on new life in its role as a very special event location with a beautiful atmosphere and a unique character.
